  1. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
  2. In this condition permitted hours mean:
  3. On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, between 08.00 hours until 23.00 hours
  4. On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, between 10.00 hours until 22.30 hours
  5. On Christmas Day from 12.00 hours until 15.00 hours and 19.00 hours until 22.30 hours
  6. On Good Friday from 08.00 hours until 22.30 hours0
  7. The above conditions do not prohibit:
  8. (a) during the first 20 minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel
  9. (b) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered
  10. (c) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club
  11. (d) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces.
  12. Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
