  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
  2. CCTV to be installed, in agreement with the Police and will cover all exits and entrances, the point of sale and any other public areas of the licensed premises. It will also cover the area outside the main entrance to the premises.
  3. All cameras and recording equipment are to be well maintained, kept in good working order and are to be subject to regular testing and inspection.
  4. Any recordings made via the use of the CCTV will be retained and stored for a minimum of thirty days and made available to any police officer, Local Authority licensing officer, or any Trading Standards officer on request, or in any case within 48 hours of a request being made.
  5. There will always be a minimum of 2 personal licence holders based at the premises, unless exceptional circumstances arise.
  6. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be exclusively based at the premises.
  7. A written refusals book will be kept at the premises and all staff fully trained in its use. The book will be bound and clearly marked. The following information will be recorded in this book:- - Time of refusal - Date of refusal - Item refused - Name or description of person refused sale - Name of member of staff making refusal Public Safety:-
  8. The Licence Holder, Manager or Designated Premises Supervisor, will ensure that all existing Health and Safety policies are observed.
  9. A member of the management team shall be on the premises at all times when the store is open. Public Nuisance
  10. The Premises Supervisor in situ shall liaise with the local Police or Licensing Authority, to prevent instances of public nuisance. Protection of Children from Harm
  11. All staff will be trained and regularly updated with regard to a 'Challenge 21' Policy.
  12. The only ID acceptable will be a passport or photo driving licence, National ID cards and ID cards with Pass hologram 7.
  13. A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of the 'Challenge 21' policy and remind staff not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
  14. Prominent signage will be placed around the premises informing both staff and customers of the 'Challenge 21' policy.
  15. When alcohol is refused by the seller after the product has been scanned, the refusal will be recorded in a report that can be produced at store level on a weekly basis.
