  1. The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Think 25" scheme. Signage advising the public of this scheme shall be clearly displayed at the front entrance of the store, at all alcohol displays and at all till points.
  2. The premises shall display posters in prominent positions, relating to information on the sale of alcohol, if provided by either the Police or Responsible Authorities.
  3. Staff shall receive regular training on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request, be made available to the Licensing Authority and Police.
  4. The only acceptable ID shall be a: o forms of a proof of age card bearing the "PASS" hologram logo; o passport; and o photo driving licence;
  5. Ordinarily, at all times when the premises operate in accordance with this Licence CCTV cameras shall: o be operational; o be kept in good working order; o show an accurate date and time that the images were made; and o retain images for a period of not less than 31 days for use by the Licensing Authority or authorised person.
  6. A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of their responsibilities, including not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
