Licence conditions (16)
  1. Conditions 1-11 - REMOVED BY VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE ON 18 SEPTEMBER 2015.
  2. Digital CCTV will be in operation, will be retained for 31 days and will be available to the police or other responsible authorities on reasonable request.
  3. No irresponsible sales promotions of alcoholic beverages shall be offered to customers.
  4. No customers carrying opened or sealed bottles shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
  5. A sign will be located on the premises indicating the standard hours during which the sale of alcohol is permitted.
  6. The DPS will be an active member of the local Pubwatch while such is in force.
  7. All fire doors will be maintained effectively and shall be self-closing and shall not be held open other than by approved devices.
  8. Notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of a fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade shall be summoned, are to be prominently displayed.
  9. A sign will be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.
  10. During the performance of regulated entertainment all windows and doors shall remain closed except for entrance and exit from the premises.
  11. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 and who is attempting to purchase alcohol must be required to produce proof of age before such a sale is made.
  12. All doors and windows are to be closed when regulated entertainment is being performed.
  13. The premises shall be provided with adequate lavatory accommodation which shall at all times when the premises are in use be kept clean, ventilated, disinfected and supplied with hot and cold water, soap, toilet tissue, hand drying and sanitary towel disposal facilities as appropriate.
  14. Any gas boiler, or other gas appliance will be tested on a regular basis and a satisfactory GAS SAFE (or equivalent) inspection report will be provided annually to the Licensing Authority.
  15. The electrical installation shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an officer of the authority.
  16. Each socket outlet circuit or individual socket outlets used for public entertainment shall be protected by an integral residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA (0.03 amps). Every such circuit and residual current device shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
