Licence conditions (18)
  1. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
  2. A 'freephone' taxi line/Telephone numbers for local taxi companies must be available to assist with the peaceful dispersal of patrons from the premises.
  3. The following licensed activities that have the potential to create public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance with the controls below:
  4. All performances of live, amplified, pre recorded music or sound, other than incidental background music, to cease no later than 23.30hrs (except Christmas and New Year)
  5. All doors and windows to remain closed after 21.00hrs when live or recorded music or karaoke or amplified sound or voice is taking place
  6. The volume of music or sound will be controlled so that no noise is discernible at the façade of or inside the nearest noise sensitive dwellings
  7. If this activity includes the use of amplified sound it shall cease at 23.30hrs
  8. No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
  9. Anyone who appears to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises/club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises/club shall, upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premises/club with adequate and acceptable proof of age.
  10. Proof of age may be illustrated by a:
  11. Connexions card as promoted by Kent trading Standards and Kent Police.
  12. 'New type' driving licence with photograph.
  13. Valid UK Passport
  14. Official identity card issued by HM armed forces.
  15. The manager/supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing policies that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed.
  16. Staff shall receive training on the prevention of drug abuse.
  17. Staff shall carry out regular checks of the toilet areas and other areas identified, to counter the use, selling or possession of drugs or other illegal or illicit substances.
  18. The DPS, manager or other responsible person in charge of the premises shall liaise and comply with the Local Police Authority regarding their drugs policy, and will allow the use of IONTRAK machines or other drug/illicit substance detection device or method, at all times.
