Licence conditions (12)

Food will be available at all times the premises is providing licensable activities.
There will be a minimum of two staff on duty at any time the premises is providing licensable activities.
Alcohol stock shall be kept locked in secure storage and will not be accessible to the public.
The premises shall install a CCTV system which will: (a) Operate at all times that the premises are open to the public (b) Capture images digitally and will have date and time stamps on them (c) Images to be retained for a period of at least 31 days (d) Cameras must be of sufficient sensitivity to enable them to operate as required under their normal working conditions and lighting levels. (e) External cameras should be capable of giving useable images under a variety of weather and lighting conditions (f) Copies of CCTV footage to be provided to the police or licensing authority on reasonable request and in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
Signs must be displayed at all entrances (and exits) advising customers that CCTV is operating at the premises & clearly legible at all times when the premises conducts licensable activities.
A Challenge 25 scheme shall be operated, whereby any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years of age is required to produce on request an item which meets the mandatory age verification requirement (photo, name, date of birth & either a holographic mark or ultraviolet feature) and is either a: (a) Proof of age card bearing the PASS Hologram; (b) Photocard driving licence; (c) Passport; or (d) Ministry of Defence Identity Card. Suitable and sufficient signage advertising the "Challenge 25" policy will be displayed in prominent locations in the premises.
An incident log shall be kept at the premises, and made available on request to an authorised officer of the council or the police, which will record the following; a. All crimes reported: b. All ejections of patrons. c. Any complaints received. d. Any incidents of disorder. e. Seizure of drugs or offensive weapons. f. Any faults in the CCTV system. g. Any refusal of the sale of alcohol, in accordance with the Challenge 25 scheme or any other reason. h. Any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.
This record shall be kept on the premises when the premises are open and shall be made available for inspection when requested by a relevant local authority and/or Police officer. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall frequently check the book to ensure all staff are using it and shall sign and date it immediately after the latest entry.
All staff whose responsibilities include the sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and every 12 months. The training will include the prevention of unlawful sales of alcohol, and the likely consequence of making an unlawful sale, which shall include: o the operation of the "Challenge 25" scheme; o types of acceptable ID; o the method of recording challenges; o refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk; o preventing proxy sales; and o the operation of the CCTV equipment;
All training will be recorded, and these records shall be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person when requested.
No glass or glass bottles will be permitted within the designated outside area.
