  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. The licence holder will maintain a CCTV system and advertise CCTV on the premises.
  4. The licence holder will maintain a record any crimes and refusals of alcohol sales. Public safety. Relevant fire risk assessments will be undertaken and means of escape, signage, and fire-fighting equipment will be maintained. The prevention of public nuisance The licence holder, or representative, will check all areas outside the premises at various times of the day and record and/or report any incidents which may cause harm or distress to the public.   5. The licence holder will be on-guard for children at risk and report any verbal or physical abuse to the local child protection unit.
  6. The licence holder will apply a 'think 21' policy, whereby individuals who appear to be under the age of 21 will be asked for I-D.
