  1. General Conditions
  2. Clear signage will be displayed at all alcohol outlets depicting Challenge 25.
  3. There will be access restrictions to certain areas, different credentials required for clearly defined areas.
  4. Stewards will be employed to maintain control of people.
  5. Staff will be provided with radios for communication.
  6. This premises licence is for one annual two day event known as the Suffolk Show and the permitted occupancy is up to 9999 persons at any one time. The usual days for the event will be a Wednesday & Thursday each year. Crime and Disorder
  7. All staff involved with the serving of alcohol will undergo training in the responsible sale of alcohol and the licensing law. This will be organised by the licensee.
  8. SIA trained staff will be on site while licensable activities are being carried on.
  9. Only plastic drinking receptacles will be used after 19:00. Public Safety
  10. During the hours of darkness areas where licensable activities are being carried on will be well-lit.
  11. Trained first aiders will be on duty while the premises are open to the public.
  12. Temporary constructions to CDM 2015 regs, erectors MUTA registered. (fire exits, emergency lighting, disabled access, etc compliant).
  13. The Licensee will attend Safety Advisory Group meetings as requested.
  14. A major incident plan will be in place. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  15. Marquees will be closed by 23:45 to limit noise from people leaving the area.
  16. Stewards will patrol camping areas to ensure large groups of campers are dispersed to eliminate noise disturbance.
  17. No music will be permitted in the camping areas.
  18. There will be security patrols around the site.
  19. The Licensee will ensure that the Trinity Park Noise Management Policy is adhered to. Protection of children from harm
  20. Restriction will be in place to some areas if children are unsupervised by guardian or parent.
  21. There will be a lost child designated area.
  22. If there is a situation of a lost child, no one member of staff will be left alone with that child.
