  2. General Conditions
  3. The Licensee will ensure that an adequate and valid public liability insurance is in force and that a copy of the schedule is available for inspection by an authorised officer on request. Crime and Disorder
  4. The Licensee will ensure that a proof of age scheme is operated re the sale of alcohol.
  5. The Licensee will ensure that alcohol is not sold or otherwise provided to persons who are under the influences of drink or to persons who are purchasing alcohol for persons who are under the influence of drink. Public Safety
  6. The Licensee will ensure that fire and safety equipment is regularly inspected and tested. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  7. The Licensee will ensure that temporary signs are erected requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly.
  8. The Licensee will ensure that regular inspections are made to pick up litter inside and outside the premises.
  9. The volume of the amplification system used in the connection with the performance of any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
  10. All doors and windows to those parts of the hall used for the provision of regulated entertainment shall be kept closed after 22:00 hours, other than for access and egress, when there are performances of any description of regulated entertainment taking place indoors.   11. The Licensee will ensure that children are not allowed on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
