  1. A CCTV system shall be in use at all times when the premises is operating. It shall be maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the images recorded shall be retained for at least 28 days. Images shall be supplied upon request to any officer of the responsible authorities.
  2. Alcohol within the premises shall be positioned at or near to the point of sale.
  3. Staff shall receive regular training to ensure compliance with the licensing act and the general licensing objectives. Copies of staff training records shall be kept and reviewed to ensure training is up to date.
  4. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by customers notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly. (Note: this may also include reference to vehicles.)
