  1. All doors and windows shall remain closed whilst entertainment is taking place
  2. Anyone using the catering facilities at this hall must ensure that they make adequate provision to comply with the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control Regulations 1995)
  3. A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 14 March 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of that date.
  4. A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of the current Certificate on 8 May 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of that date.
  5. A new Emergency Lighting Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the current Certificate on 8 May 2006, and thereafter each year on the anniversary of that date.
  6. Maximum number of persons admitted: 140
  7. The standard conditions of public entertainment licensed by Maidstone Borough Council apply. A copy of these conditions is attached as Annex 6.
