  1. The provision of late night refreshment shall be restricted to consumption off the premises only.
  2. No customers shall be allowed in the premises between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours daily from Monday to Sunday. Sales from the premises will take place during those hours via the Drive-Thru lane / Delivery Drivers only.
  3. 3.The CCTV system serving the premises (in accordance with Home Office Guidelines) shall be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times.
  4. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 30 days.
  5. A book or other form of record, a version of which must be in English, shall be kept in which shall be recorded the date, time and circumstances of any disorder, ejection or other relevant incident that occurs on the premises. This book, or record, shall be kept on the premises at all times they are open and shall be made available for inspection immediately upon demand by any police or community support officer or authorised person. The duty manager shall frequently check the book to ensure all staff are using it and shall sign and date it immediately after the latest entry.
  6. All outdoor seating will be removed and stored inside the premises from 23:00 hours.
  7. The external areas shall be managed by staff and will collect any refuse which may accumulate.
  8. No regulated entertainment shall be played outside of the premises.
