- The premises will be managed effectiverly and responsibly by an experienced hotel manager.2. All appropriate risks will be assessed and managed in accordance with the risk assessments.,.

- Agreed with Environmental Protection - 4 February 20131. All external doors/windows must be kept closed in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place. Note to applicant - mechanical ventilation or air conditioning may be required in warm weather.2. A noise limiting device shall be installed, fitted and maintained in such a manner as to control all sources of amplified music at the premises so that it is inaudible inside any sensitive premises. The noise limiting device shall be connected to all permanent music and public address equipment and all available mains power sockets within the area of the stage/music equipment. Once set such a device should be inaccessible to the licensee or staff. Note to the Applicant - The use of noise limiters does not necessarily solve or prevent noise nuisance. To be wholly effective they must be used in conjunction with other measures and structural attenuation, and need regular calibration / checking by the owner or operator. Maintenance records must be kept for 12 months.3. The Licensee shall ensure that no noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to nuisance.4. A designated premises supervisor will assess the impact of any noisy activities on any noise sensitive premises at the start of the activity/entertainment and periodically throughout the activity/entertainment to ensure levels of noise have not increased. [where appropriate a record shall be kept, for example in the event of complaints]5. The entrance and exit point from the premises to be limited to the front entrance after 23:00, except in emergencies.,.
