No more than 5% of the retail space will be devoted to the display of alcohol.
Reasonable steps shall be taken to deter youths from congregating outside the premises.
CCTV shall be installed in the premises and shall be maintained in good working order at all times the premises is open to the public.
CCTV will cover all public areas inside and immediately outside the premises.
A member of staff shall be trained to download and transfer any recorded images from the CCTV system when requested by Police or officer of the Licensing Authority.
Any images recorded will be retained for a minimum of 31days.
Signage will be displayed reminding customers that CCTV is in operation.
There shall be an adequate number of staff on duty when licensable activities are taking place.
Adequate and appropriate first aid materials will be kept on the premises. A trained first aider will be on duty whenever the public are present.
Sound levels from any entertainment will be kept to a level that does not cause nuisance to those living or working nearby.
All members of staff will be trained in realtion to age restricted products and alcohol sales. Records of any such training will be retained and supplied upon request to any authorised officer.
A 'Challenge 25' scheme shall be in place where anyone who is attempting to purchase alcohol and appears to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce valid photographic ID to prove their age.
Signage will be displayed at the premises informing customers that a 'Challenge 25' policy is in operation.
