Licence conditions (19)
  1. All external doors and windows shall be closed within the licensable area, other than for access and egress, when amplified music entertainment takes place.
  2. Provision of secure deposit boxes for confiscated items.
  3. Risk management assessment checked weekly and effective and responsible management at all times.
  4. Training and supervision of those employed, adoption of best practices e.g. National Alcohol Harm Reduction Strategy Toolkit and other voluntary codes of practice including the BBPA and Portman Group point of sale promotions.
  5. CCTV will be installed.
  6. Installation of soundproofing, air conditioning acosutic lobbies and a sound limit or management of people including staff and traffic arriving and leaving the premises.
  7. Liason with public and private transport providers.
  8. External lighting and security lighting installed.
  9. Collection and management of litter and effective ventilation systems to prevent nuisance from door.
  10. In order to prevent public nuisance we can confirm that noise shall not emanate from the premises such as to cause a nuisance at the nearest sensitive premises.
  11. A Due Diligence Log shall be completed when regulated entertainment takes place to include external noise Checks
  12. Children only on the premises between 11:00 and 19:00 hours except in restaurant until 23:00 hours.
  13. No children in the bar after 19:00 hours.
  14. Children must be accompanied by adults in the restaurant which will be controlled by the supervisor at the time.

  19. (c) to a canteen or mess.
