  1. EC0101 - Credit Sales (from original Justices Licence)
  2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
  3. (a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, is consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
  4. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
  5. (c) to a canteen or mess.
  6. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
  7. Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21.00 and 07.00 hours.
  8. A risk assessment of the performance shall be undertaken and submitted along with the performance dates to the Council.
  9. No public admission or readmission to the premises after 23:00 hours.
  10. The maximum number of people to be seated during public entertainment shall be Auditorium 457, Playhouse Theatre Stage area 265, The Plaza Suite 175 (Closely seated), and 360 for other events.
  11. The hirer shall flameproof the scenery in accordance with the conditions of the licence
  12. The hirer will be made aware that the opportunity may be taken by the Fire Brigade or Local Authority to carry out an inspection of the premises during the performance.
  13. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  14. Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
