- Details of each occasion outside of normal school hours the school is in use under the licence shall be posted on an external notice board prior to the events taking place. The notice board shall be sited in a position accessible to local residents.
- No more than four outside events shall be held under the licence in any one calendar year.
- The provision of licensable activities under the licence shall not be allowed in respect of commercial fund raising activities organised by persons or organisations that are unconnected to the school.
- No more than 12 organised PTA events in total shall take place in the school premises and school grounds per calendar year.
