Licence conditions (7)
  1. General Conditions Stewards, who are familiar with licensing procedures, will be on duty at all times. Prevention of Crime and Disorder The Licensees will work closely with the Local Police.   2. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress when any regulated entertainment is taking place.
  3. The volume of any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
  4. The licensee shall ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g. signage, sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly.
  5. No customers shall remain in the external areas after 23.00 on any day of the week, (other than for smoking, access and egress) and no access shall be given to customers to the external areas after 23.00 on any day of the week (other than for smoking, access and egress).
  6. A record shall be kept of the dates of the ten occasions per year where the one hour extension is used and this record shall be accessible to be viewed by the Licensing Authority and Responsible Authorities under the Licensing Act 2003, upon request.
  7. The licensee shall notify the Licensing Authority prior to each occasion when the one hour extension is used. Protection of Children from Harm ‘Challenge 21’ procedures will be operated and the staff will insist on photo I.D. ie. passport, Photo driving Licence, or young persons I.D. card. No I.D. - No sale policy.
