Licence conditions (1)

General Conditions A risk assessment has been carried out to ensure effective and responsible management at all times. Necessary measures will be implemented immediately in respect of the day to day running of the Club and any additional measures required when events are held in the hall and increased numbers expected. Prevention of Crime and Disorder Signs for ‘No ID No Sale’ and the ‘Challenge 21’ scheme will be displayed. Alcohol training manuals will be available to make staff aware of their responsibilities regarding anti-social behaviour, drunkenness, and drugs issues. The car park will be well lit and staff will be vigilant. Public Safety Public safety forms part of the risk assessment and programmes for checking emergency exits, fire extinguishers etc will be implemented. Bar staff will be made aware of their responsibilities. A fire safety policy will be instigated. Prevention of Public Nuisance Signs will be erected asking customers to leave quietly. The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties. Protection of Children from Harm Provisions will be made to ensure that any Gentlemen’s Evenings or events of that nature will be ticket only and no children will be allowed on the premises at that time. A decision will be made on when children are allowed on the premises and a notice erected accordingly; this will include that under 16s have to be accompanied by an adult.
