- S.49(3) Licensing Act 1964: There shall be no alteration of the rules of the club without the consent of the [licensing authority] so as to authorise sales of intoxicating liquor not already authorised under the rules except such sales as permitted by S.49 (4) of the Act.
- Live Music:- Indoors only. Music provided by bands for both members events and when the hall has been hired to third parties.
- Recorded Music:- Indoors only. Music provided for Disco's etc for both members events and when the hall has been hired to third parties.

- Additional steps Taken to Promote the Four Licensing Objectives:
- General:-
- Bar will always manned by a club representative authorised by our designated premises supervisor. Children who are members can only access changing facilities and toilets, first aid box and public phone unless keyholder has unlocked facilities to reach main area including bar and small lounge.
- The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
- Training provided to bar staff by designated premises supervisor with CPL membership and necessary qualifications. Wouldn't sell alcohol to someone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Public Safety:-
- As a tennis club are aware of public safety issues. Regularly checked for fire safety. First aid box available. Numbers restricted for lettings (around 120).
- The Prevention of Public Nuisance:-
- We monitor any complaints received as want to be a good neighbour. Policy of not offering lets for 18th birthday parties except where responsible member present. We ask people to respect the neighbours and leave quietly.
- The Protection of Children from Harm:-
- Child protection policy in place with named contacts for children to contact. Bar staff would refuse sale of alcohol to anyone who appears to be under 18 unless able to prove their age (proof of age scheme). Bar not open for childrens parties.
