Fully trained, qualified and experienced managers and staff to operate the premises under the direction of the DPS at all times. Such training to include relevant age restrictions in respect of products, recognising signs of drunkenness, how to refuse service, the premises’ duty of care, company policies and reporting procedures, action to be taken in the event of an emergency, including the preservation of a crime scene and reporting an incident to the emergency services, the conditions in force under this licence.2. The premises and immediate surrounding area shall be kept clean and free from litter at all times the premises are open to the public.3. The premises licence holder shall ensure a suitable method of calculating the number of people present during licensable activities is in place.Prevention of Crime & Disorder4. The licence holder / DPS or other nominated person to join Pubwatch and to atttend a minimum of three meetings per year.5. The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram.6.
