  1. CCTV shall be installed in the premises.
  2. Premises shall be alarmed.
  3. Customers and hirers of the premises shall be requested to respect neighbours by keeping noise levels down.
  4. Deliveries shall only take place during shop opening hours.
  5. The Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises. All customers who appear under the age of 25 shall be challenged to prove that they are over 18 when attempting to purchase alcohol. Staff shall be suitably trained in underage sales and the Challenge 25 scheme.
