- Where a premises licence or club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films
- Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal. This licence is subject to such further Conditions as are consistent with any restrictions imposed on the use of the premises for the existing licensable activities under the licence by virtue of the enactments hereinafter set out:- Children and Young Persons Act 1933 Cinematograph (Safety) Regulations 1955 Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol Etc) Act 1985
- CCTV surveillance with exterior lighting shall monitor arrivals and departures at the Club main door and adjacent car park area Admission to the Club shall be confined to members and bona-fide guests only Any misconduct shall be reported to the Committee to consider action under the Club's disciplinary code The Club shall comply with Health & Safety and Fire Precaution regulations Fire Action notices shall be posted All Emergency Exits shall be signposted The Club shall comply with advise capacity limits Signage shall be dsplayed at all exits requesting members and their guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and the car park When live or recorded music is played, all reasonable steps shall be taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties Persons under the age of 18 shall be allowed into the Club only if accompanied by an adult member The function room bar shall be closed during the event of a junior disco Accompanied children and grandchildren of members and their guests may attend a private party in the Function Room Signage shall be posted at all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children
