Anyone hiring the area together with Marden Parish Council will undertake risk assessments of all activities, have adequate
insurance cover and ask contractors to provide copies of their own public liability insurance and risk assessments. When a
public event is taking place ensure adequate marshalls and first aiders are on site.
As (b) above and inform surrounding residents of events being held, times of hire and contact details to report any
problems during and after the event.
To ensure any children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult.
