Licence conditions (10)
  1. With the exception of pre-booked functions, patrons of the nightclub shall be required to show proof of identification by means of: photo-driving licence or passport or UK Forces ID Card, PASS accredited card or any Home Office approved ID, in accordance with the Challenge 25.
  2. A Challenge 25 scheme shall be adopted whereby any persons who appear under the age of 25 are challenged for proof of age. The only acceptable forms of ID shall be a Passport, card style driving licence, UK Forces ID card, PASS accredited card and any other Home Office approved ID.
  3. With the exception of pre-booked functions no person under the age of 18 years is permitted onto the premises whilst trading to the public.
  4. The premises licensees shall be a member of the "Maid Safe" scheme or its equivalent and shall maintain membership for the duration unless removed.
  5. During this time the premises licensee(s) shall abide by all rules and conditions of "Maid Safe" membership or its equivalent.
  6. The premises licence holder will be bound by the following: i. All new staff (within 6 months of employment) are given BII drugs recognition training in recognizing the symptoms of drug use and supply (and drunks and drunkenness), dealing with disorder, and are instructed to be vigilant at all times and to report any concerns to a premises licensee immediately. A logbook shall be kept record all staff training refresher training ii. If a person is suspected of dealing drugs on the premises, or any other drugs-related incident arises, the Police shall be notified immediately, iii. Staff will always request that Police collect drugs from the premises. Drugs shall never be removed from the premises by staff; iv. All drugs-related incidents must be recorded in a designated incident book which records (i) date (ii) time (iii) name of person making discovery (iv) description of the drugs found (v) name and/or description of any person suspected of possessing/dealing the drugs (vi) details of police officer contacted. The incident log must be made available to the Police upon reasonable request. vi. The confiscation on discovery of drugs must be witnessed, logged in the designated incident book or amnesty box log, and the drugs immediately secured in a designated secure place or amnesty box before collection by the Police Vii. Suitable signage (agreed with the Police) will be displayed to inform customers of the policy of the premises towards drugs use and supply vii If the behaviour or attitude of any customer gives cause for concern and is required to leave the premises Nite Net or its equivalent will be notified.
  7. A digital CCTV system will be operational throughout the trading area of the premises to cover all licensed areas including the entrance, rear open area and all entrances to the toilet areas. In the event of any equipment failure the police will be notified forthwith and a replacement part obtained within 3 working days (for the purpose of this condition Saturday and Sunday will not be a working day) The precise location of all cameras is to be determined pursuant to the recommendation of the Police Crime Prevention Officer. The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  8. The digital CCTV system is to be operating and continually recording at all times whilst the premises are open to the public. CCTV recordings are to be retained for a period of 31 days with time and date stamping and are to be made available to the statutory authorities upon authorised request, and in any case within 48 hours of the initial request being made.
  9. The toilet areas of the premises are to be checked for unusual activity regularly by a member of staff and no less frequently than 3 times each hour.
  10. Notices will be displayed prominently informing customers that all toilet areas and the outside areas are checked regularly. All such notices displayed will not give the times of
