Licence conditions (13)
  1. A CCTV system shall be in operation at all times during the operating hours of the licence. The system shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The CCTV images shall be stored in a secure location for a period no less than 28 days and made available upon request to any officer from the responsible authorities.
  2. No children under the age of 16 shall be allowed in the venue during hours when alcohol is being sold. The exception shall be for children related or otherwise to the licensee and their staff.
  3. When the venue is operating beyond 12 midnight there must be employed a minimum of two SIA registered door staff between 2200 and 0200.
  4. Notices requesting customers to leave the venue quietly and orderly shall be displayed at the entrance/exit of the venue.
  5. CCTV will be fitted throughout the premises, between 8- 10 CCTV camera will be fitted to ensure over 90% of public areas are covered.
  6. Challenge 25 policy will be used and all staff members will be trained in accordance with this policy. This will be the responsibility of the DPS to ensure all staff are trained correctly.
  7. A zero tolerance drug policy will be in place and all members of staff will receive training on how to implement this from the DPS and to ensure all members of staff are aware of and trained on the procedures to follow should they suspect drugs are being taken or dealt on the premise. This will include anyone thought to be taking or dealing drugs on the premise to be removed immediately and all details including CCTV footage to be given to the police.
  8. Noise after 9pm should be aimed to be kept to a minimum to ensure that public nuisance is kept to a minimum. Signs will be placed on the door to asking individuals keep the noise down and to leave the building quietly after 9pm. Door staff will be use during busy periods and close links with local taxi services will be used to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum outside the premises after 9pm.
  9. Close links with local taxi firms and the bar being able to order taxis for people at the end of the night to ensure people leave the premises peacefully and noise is kept to a minimum.
  10. Will be part of pub watch and aim to have a close working relationship with the local police service.
  11. Door security with accredited status will be used during busy periods with a minimum of 2 members of door staff to be used.
  12. No children under 16 will be allowed on the premises without an adult at any time.
  13. No children under the age of 18 allowed on the premises after 21.00.
