  1. General The Licence Holder shall ensure that all staff receive training and are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives with attention to: No selling of alcohol to underage people No violent and anti-social behaviour All staff to respect the neighbouring businesses and residents All deliveries to arrive within working hours Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. The Licence Holder will ensure that an age check will be made on all online sales using an Age Verify application on the website
  3. CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand.
  4. The Licence Holder will ensure that there is a secure locking system and alarm to prevent members of the public entering when the shop is closed Prevention of public nuisance
  5. The Licence Holder shall ensure that all delivery of goods necessary for the operation of the business will be carried out at such a time or in a manner as to prevent and disturbance to nearby residence and other businesses on the site.
  6. The Licence Holder will ensure staff arrive and depart in a manner as to avoid causing disturbance to nearby businesses.
