  1. CCTV in operation.

  3. We will operate a strict Challenge 21 policy and ask people to leave the premises quietly using signage.

  6. CCTV to cover all internal space of the premises and the external area around the front entrance, CCTV to be in operation recording images whenever the premises is open for licensable activities and images to be retained for 31 days and to be made available upon request of a Responsible Authority i.e. Police, Fire Service, Licensing Authority, etc.

  8. The Licence Holder will hold a written risk assessment regarding the need for door staff and if deployed at the Premises will ensure that all staff are licensed with the SIA (Security Industry Authority) to carry out the function for which they are employed.
  9. A register will be kept at the premises that details the start and finish time for all door staff, there full name, and SIA Licence Number. This register will be available for an Authorised Officer or Police Officer to inspect at any time the premises is offering Licensable Activity.
