- Additional Non Standard timing apply so follows: Christmas Eve, Boxing night and New Years Eve together with Saturday and Sundays preceding any Bank Holiday Monday the terminal hour shall be 00.30 the following morning. The premises shall participate in and comply with the requirements of the Local Authority's Knock Back Scheme at all times or such other scheme or schemes of a similar nature that may be introduced. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 25 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carrying a Pass logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. All staff employed at the premises will receive training in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol. Refresher training will be delivered every 4 months and records kept at the premises for inspection by Merseyside police or other responsible officer. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system capable of providing images of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/supply of alcohol occurs, including any outside smoking/drinking areas. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order correctly timed & dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence holder or other responsible named individual.
