Licence conditions (12)
  1. A log book shall be provided at the entrance to the premises under the supervision of the applicant to ensure that entrance is restricted to Members and their guests
  2. Off Sales shall not be permitted at the premises
  3. Signs shall be displayed in a prominent position at the premises stating ¿zero tolerance drug policy¿
  4. There will be no promotions or other activities at the premises which would encourage Club Members or their guests to drink irresponsibly or encourage binge drinking
  5. Drinks to be consumed in outside areas shall be sold only in plastic containers
  6. Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors and in the car park area reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents
  7. There shall be provided at the premises a free telephone service to a taxi cab office for use by Members and their guests when leaving the premises
  8. On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided all windows at the premises shall remain closed
  9. On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential properties and at all other times shall not cause a nuisance
  10. Children under the age of 18 years shall not be permitted to play the gaming machines and signs to this effect shall be displayed near the machines
  11. No children under the age of 11 years shall be allowed after 21.00 hours in that part of the premises where alcohol is being supplied
  12. Deliveries to the premises shall not take place between 20.00 hours to 07.00 hours the following morning
