  1. The premises shall operate in full compliance with the Club Rules.
  2. Off Sales shall not be permitted.
  3. Clear and legible signs shall be displayed in a prominent position at the exit doors of the premises and in the car park area asking members to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents.
  4. Clear and legible signs shall be displayed inside the premises and in the grounds reminding members that children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  5. Children shall not be permitted onto the premises after 21:00 hours unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
  6. On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided beyond 23:00 music shall be inaudible at the façade of nearby residential premises and at all other times shall not cause a nuisance.
