Licence conditions (16)
  1. The CCTV system serving the premises shall: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of the alcohol; and c. show an accurate date and time that the images were made.
  2. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  3. The original CCTV images, or a copy, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  4. The premises shall operate in accordance with the 'Challenge 25' Scheme.
  5. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at each bar area.
  6. An incident book or other form of record, a version of which shall be kept in English, shall be kept on the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances of: a. Any challenge made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme, b. Any disorder, ejection or order relevant incident that occurs on the premises. This book, or record, shall be kept on the premises at all times they are open and shall be made available for inspection immediately upon demand by any police or community support officer or authorised person. Management shall frequently check the book to ensure all staff are using it.
  7. All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and every 6 months thereafter on; a) the prevention of underage sales of alcohol which shall include: i. the operation of the "Challenge 25" scheme; ii. types of acceptable ID; iii. the method of recording challenges; and iv. the likely consequence of making an underage sale, b) refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk; c) proxy sales; and d) the operation of the CCTV equipment;
  8. Signs shall be displayed at the entrance and within the premises asking customers to enter and leave quietly and not to congregate outside the premises and keep their voices low to prevent disturbing other residents.
  9. All doors and windows facing Oxford Road shall be closed after 23:00 hours to retain any noise within the premises except for exit from the premises by way of the entrance doorway.
  10. Signs shall be displayed inside the premises warning adults it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.
  11. A telephone number for neighbours shall be made available should they wish to contact the Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor.
  12. The area designated as the 'Function Room' on the plan attached to Annex 4 to this licence will be available for bookings by members for private functions.
  13. When the premises are hired for a private function a guest list shall be provided to the Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor.
  14. When the premises are hired for a private function the Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor shall carry out a risk assessment for each event. See page 6 for continuation of Annex 2 Continuation of page 5 of Annex 2
  15. The premises shall operate in full compliance with the club rules and a copy shall be made available upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  16. No children under the age of 16 shall be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours unless accompanied by an adult.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
