Licence conditions (1)
- All staff will be trained in relation to individual responsibilities, age verification and licensing offences.2. Training logs will be kept in personal files and refreshed regularly.3. CCTV will be maintained with cameras in the location indicated on the plan.4. Recordings from the CCTV will be retained for 30 days from the date of recording.5. A member of staff will be trained on how to provide copies to police officers and the licensing authority when requested.6. An incident book will be maintained to record details of any incidents in the premises that relate to the licensing objectives, including any refusals of sales of alcohol.7. Signage will be displayed at the exit stating that they must not take open alcoholic beverages from the premises.8. A telephone number for the premises shall be displayed which is visible from the exterior of the premises in the event that contact needs to be made with staff to deal with any issue that might arise from the licensable activity.9. Staff will regularly monitor the exterior of the premises to identify persons loitering in the area who may have purchased alcohol from the premises or who appears to be accompanied by a person who has brought alcohol from the premises.10. A record of banned individuals shall be maintained, and made available to the licensing authority or police as requested.11. The challenge 25 scheme will be adopted.12.Customers who appear under the age of 25 will be required to prove their age when purchasing alcohol, suitable forms of identification are; a) Passport b) Pass card or other identification recognised by the licensing authority.
