  1. The shop will promote very high standards in regards to prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children by aiming our limited range of alcoholic products at those wishing to purchase small amounts as a gift.
  2. The price and type of alcohol available will ensure we only tend to appeal to the older, more discerning customer.
  3. There will be prominent signage displayed in the shop advising that no sales of alcohol will be made to those under 18.
  4. Proof of age will be requested from anyone who appears to be 25 or under.
  5. Fire and safety regulations will be strictly adhered to.
  6. All fire exits, fire extinguisher points and fire alarm procedures will be clearly marked where appropriate.
  7. The shop will not operate outside of the hours stated.
