  1. The Applicant is aware of her responsibilities, that she should not sell alcohol to a Police Officer in uniform, to anyone under the age of 18, to a person who is inebriated or otherwise behaves in a fashion where the purchase and subsequent drinking of alcohol might be likely to cause nuisance or disturbance to the public.
  2. In particular in order to ensure that no child or young person buys alcohol the Applicant operates a 25 Policy and requires production of suitable ID on demand.
  3. Further all the staff are trained and the training schedule, incident book, and CCTV records will be available for inspection as required.
  4. In addition the DPS and her staff are aware of the need, in so far as this is possible, to guard against the likelihood of alcohol supplied to an adult being consumed by a child.
  5. In so far as feasible the Applicant will ensure that those attending the premises do not cause a Public Nuisance.
  6. There is nothing on the premises likely to cause harm to customers or their children.
  7. The Other Four Licensing Objectives The Applicant believes that the above provision meets the Objectives bearing in mind the limited size of the premises and the presence of CCTV cameras.
