  1. Credit Sales (from original Justices Licence)
  2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
  3. (a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, is consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
  4. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
  5. (c) to a canteen or mess.

  7. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
  8. In this condition, permitted hours means:
  9. (a) On the following weekdays, namely Monday to Friday, other than Christmas Day, or Good Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m,
  10. (b) On Saturdays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 10am to 11p.m.;
  11. (c) On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m.
  12. (d) On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m.
  13. (e) On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
  14. (f) On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  15. (g) On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30 p.m
  16. (h) On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).
  17. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with Kent Police, a minimum of two SIA registered staff members will be employed at the premises from 8 pm to close on Fridays and Saturdays when live music, to include DJ's, karaoke and live performers is being provided.
  18. On other days the Designated Premises Supervisor, which will risk assess the requirement for door supervisors and employ door supervisors at such times and in such numbers as deemed necessary.
