Licence conditions (18)
  1. CCTV surveillance is in operation 24 hours monitoring the arrivals and departures at the main entrance, this is kept on record for a period of 28 days.
  2. Club Management, steward and bar staff are informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act.
  3. Admission to the Club is confined to members and bona fide guests and controlled by management committee.
  4. Guests arriving unaccompanied are scrutinised via CCTV before admission and signing in by a host member.
  5. Club employees are instructed not to admit , or serve any members and guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion.
  6. Any misconduct is reported to the committee to consider any action under the club’s disciplinary code.
  7. The club complies with Health and Safety, and Fire Precaution Regulations.
  8. Following risk assessment preventive and control measures are in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers while on the premises.
  9. The club complies with all relevant risk assessment procedures.
  10. Fire Action notices are posted.
  11. Emergency escape routes are signposted.
  12. Signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by leaving the premises quietly and avoid making any noise outside.
  13. When live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.
  14. UPVC double glazing has been fitted and double doors to disabled/fire exit in lounge have been fitted.
  15. Customers must prove that they are over 18 years of age before being served by any member of staff.
  16. Accompanied children and grandchildren of members and their guests may attend a member’s party or charity night in the lounge/function room.
  17. The Stewards, and any bar staff are instructed in the offence of the provision of Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the protection of children.
  18. Signage is posted in all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
