Licence conditions (27)

Noise emanating from the premises shall not exceed NR40 between the hours of 0800 and 2000 and NR35 between the hours of 2000 and 0800 when measured 3m from the façade of the nearest noise sensitive areas.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed.
All windows and doors are kept closed when any regulated entertainment is being carried out on the Club Premises, with the exception of the ladies and gents toilets which are locked in a vent position with a baffle fitted allowing free air circulation in these areas.
All empty bottles are put into a container during the hours of 1000 and 1800 all waste is disposed of between these hours with the exception of waste collection carried out by the local authority.
All main areas of the Club are fully air conditioned and there is also electro static air cleaners fitted to ensure that a safe environment is provided for staff, members and visitors. The equipment and technology used are all environmental friendly super quiet inverter.
The electrical installation shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an officer of the authority.
Any gas boiler, calorifier or other gas appliances will be tested at least every 12 months by CORGI authorised workmen and subsequent satisfactory and valid inspection report to be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
Each socket outlet circuit or individual socket outlets used for regulated entertainment shall be protected by an integral residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA (0.03 amps). Every such circuit and residual current device shall be inspected and tested at intervals specified by a competent person. A satisfactory and valid inspection report shall be available on site for inspection by an authorised officer of the authority.
CCTV surveillance is in operation 24 hours monitoring the arrivals and departures at the main doors.
Club Management, steward and bar staff are informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act.
Club constitution includes rules governing the conduct of members and their guests within and adjacent to the club premises.
Admission to the Club is confined to members and bona fide guests and controlled by management committee.
Guests arriving unaccompanied are scrutinised via CCTV before admission and signing in by the host member.
Club employees are instructed not to admit or serve members and guests who behave in a drunk or disorderly fashion.
Misconduct is reported to the committee to consider action under the club’s disciplinary code.
The Club complies with Health and Safety and Fire Precautions Regulations.
Following Risk Assessment preventive and control measures are in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers while on the premises.

Signage is displayed near exits requesting members and guests to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and car park.
When live or recorded music is played all reasonable steps are taken to avoid disturbance to neighbouring properties.

Young adults applying for membership must satisfy the committee that they are over 18, if necessary by producing proof of age.
Accompanied children and grandchildren of members and their guests may attend a member’s party or charity night in the Function Room.
Committee members, the Club Stewards and other members of staff are instructed in the offence provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the protection of children.
Signage is posted in all bars prohibiting the direct or indirect supply or delivery of alcohol to children.
