  1. For the purpose of paragraph 6(8) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 this licence is
  2. subject to the effect of restrictions contained in the Licensing Act 1964 and the Children and Young
  3. Persons Act 1933,which include, but may not be limited to, the following:
  4. Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises;
  5. ii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the hours permitted under this licence, however
  6. this restriction does not prohibit:
  7. During the first twenty minutes after the permitted hour, the taking of alcohol from the
  8. premises, unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
  9. The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the
  10. alcohol so ordered;
  11. The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; and
  12. The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or
  13. supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of
  14. members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces;
  15. iii) Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or
  16. supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied to a canteen or mess
  17. iv) No child shall be employed:
  18. So long as he is under the age of fourteen years;
  19. To do any work other than light work;
  20. Before the close of school hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
  21. Before seven o'clock in the morning or after seven o'clock in the evening on any day;
  22. For more than two hours on any day on which he is required to attend school;
  23. For more than two hours on any Sunday;
  24. Five hours in any day on which he is not required to attend school, and which is not a Sunday:
  25. For more than thirty-five hours or, if he is under the age of fifteen years, for more than twenty five hours in any week in which he is not required to attend school;
  26. For more than four hours in any day without a rest break of one hour; or
  27. At any time in a year unless at that time he has had, or could still have, during a period in the year in
  28. which he is not required to attend school, at least two consecutive weeks without employment.
