Licence conditions (9)

Service to the general public - This will allow guests to invite families or friends to the hotel for a drink should they wish.
Challenge 25 will be in force within the property with a strict no identification no service policy.
CCTV will be in place at the property which can be downloaded and provided to responsible authorities if required and this will be recorded and retrievable for 28 days minimum.
There will be a record of all incidents and refusal book in place.
Each member of staff will receive training in Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). They will know how to report any issues they face.
Digital CCTV shall be installed and will cover key areas. The data shall be recoverable for 31 days. Key staff shall be trained in its use and will give access to visiting officials.
A full fire risk assessment shall be in place and shall be updated when the bar service is created. Visiting official will be permitted full access to this information.
Any music played will be at a background level and shall be turned off by 11pm in outside areas.
A Challenge 25 policy shall be implemented. All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be fully trained in their responsibilities regarding this policy. A record of this training shall be recorded and there shall be refresher training every 6 months.
