  1. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
  2. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of Practise (2008 edition) produced by the Information Commissioners Office with all public areas, including the alcohol display area, the point of sale and the entrance covered by cameras.
  3. The CCTV system will be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  4. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are open for the sale or supply of alcohol.
  5. The CCTV system will be checked at least once each trading day and any faults/issues will be brought to the attention of the DPS who will take all reasonable steps to rectify the situation. Such steps will be recorded in the CCTV maintenance log and signed.
  6. Images on the CCTV system will be retained for a period of at least one calendar month by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
  7. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording of the CCTV by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD or memory stick at any reasonable time or at the least within 48 hours of a request being made.
  8. The premises will be a member of the "Nite Net Radio System".
  9. A responsible person will monitor the Nite Net Radio at all times that the premises are open for the sale or supply of alcohol.
  10. The Protection of Children from Harm
  11. A "Challenge 25 Policy" will be adopted at the premises.
  12. All staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be fully trained in "Challenge 25" and the training will be fully auditable and available to any responsible authority on request.
  13. Notices to advise customers that "Challenge 25" is in force will be prominently displayed in all areas, including by the till, in the alcohol display area and at the entrance.
  14. A written refusals book will be kept at the premises and all staff trained in it's use. The book will be bound and clearly marked. The following information will be recorded.
  15. (i) Time of refusal.
  16. (ii) Item refused.
  17. (iii) Name or description of person refused.
  18. (iv) Reason for refusal.
  19. (v) Name of staff member making refusal.
