  2. Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
  3. (1) Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act Licensing Act 2003, part 3, paragraph 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
  4. Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
  5. · The Premises will not be operative before 09.00 on any day and will not operate after 23.00 Sunday to Thursday and 23.30 Friday & Saturday until planning consent is granted for an extension of hours'Live music: · Performances will take place indoors. · Details: In any part of the premises as required + every day of the year + small groups but mainly duo + guitar + vocal + strings + all at low volume. Recorded music:· Will take place indoors. · Details: Via CD + records + DVD + radioProvision of facilities for making music:· Description of facilities: records + CD + DVD + radio + tapes + live music via small groups as above mentioned but dependant on the type of function + weddings + parties + special functions + musicians used would supply own instruments. Facilities are indoors. · Further details: every day of the year if required. · Provision of late night refreshment:· Provision will take place indoors. Supply of alcohol:· Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premise. The prevention of crime and disorder:· We will support bar watch or local scheme. · Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet orderly manner and to not congregate outside the premises in consideration of neighbours. Public safety: · Fire safety equipment will be checked on a regular basis and maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and instructions · Fire exits will be kept clear and marked. · First aid kit will be maintained on the premisesThe prevention of public nuisance:· Noise from any source will be kept at an acceptable level in consideration of guests and neighbours. The protection of children from harm:· Proof of age by production of photo based ID will be required if customers wishing to purchase alcohol are suspected to be under the age of 18 years. · In the unlikely event that adult entertainment is provided young persons under 18 will be excluded from the premises.
  6. Planning ref 5/0289/86 (1): The restaurant hereby permitted shall only open to the public between the hours of 09.00 and 23.00 Sundays to Thursdays and 22.30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
