- Additional none standard timing apply for Recorded Music, LNR and Supply of alcohol as follows: New Years Eve 11.00 until 02.30 New Years Day, remaining open until 03.00 New Years Day. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to a person as an ancillary to their meal, suitable beverages other than alcohol (including drinking water) shall be equally available, with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served on the premises. No open, vessels, glasses, bottles or alcohol containers will be allowed to be taken beyond the delineated Licensed Area as indicated on the deposited plan reference number 8109-01 dated April 2007, subject to prior approved planning consents and Pavement Café Licences being in place.
