  1. Staff training records will be kept at the premises, and refresher training will be undertaken with staff on a regular basis. Staff training records will be made available upon request to an officer of the local authority and or the Police. Prevention of crime and disorder
  2. There will be a refusal log book detailing whenever a sale of alcohol is refused to a person who cannot prove they are over the age of 18 years. This log will be kept on the premises and will be made available to authorities on request. Public safety
  3. Appropriate fire safety equipment will be in place as shown on the attached plan.
  4. No more than 15 customers within the premises at any one time
  5. Any BBQ events will finish by 9pm
  6. The Licence holder shall display notices on the premises requesting customers respect neighbours and leave the premises quietly. Protection of children from harm
  7. The Licence Holder/DPS shall implement the ‘Challenge 25’ scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation.
