Licence conditions (11)
  1. At all times when the premises operate under the terms of the premises licence CCTV cameras serving the premises shall:o o be maintained fully operational and in good working order; o make and retain clear images that include the points of sale of alcohol and facial images of the purchasers of alcohol; and o ensure that images show an accurate date of when they were made.
  2. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days and shall be made available for viewing by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person upon demand; and if requested the original, or a copy , shall be provided. Staff shall be trained in the use of the CCTV equipment, to enable them to download images and any copies provided shall be in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
  3. All customers attempting to purchase alcohol, and all customers to alcohol is served, who appear to be under the age of 25 shall be required to produce a valid proof of age.
  4. The only proof of age accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a proof of age card bearing the:o o "PASS" hologram logo; o o a passport; or o o an EU photo full driving licence.
  5. A refusals book, or similar record, shall be kept at the premises in which must be recorded forthwith the date, time and circumstances under which any attempted purchase by a young customer has been refused. This book, or other form of record, must be made available for inspection by any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
  6. Staff shall receive regular training, at least every three months, on the prevention of underage sales. Such training shall be recorded and these records shall, on request , be made available to the Police, community safety officer or authorised person.
  7. Signs shall be displayed inside and outside of the premises warning adults that it is an offence to by alcohol on behalf of any one under the age of eighteen years.
  8. There shall be no deliveries of alcohol from these premises at any time.
  9. A "clear window" policy ( above 1.5m) shall be kept at the premises. The exception to this shall be the display of notices required by law and any required as a condition of this Licence.
  10. All alcohol consisting of spirits and alcopops shall be placed behind a counter and in a position where it cannot be removed by customers.
  11. From 1 August 2011 no sale of alcohol shall be made unless the designated premises supervisor or a personal licence holder is present in the retail area of the shop.

Licensed hours are the most a premises may open or trade under its licence, not its actual opening times.
