Licence conditions (13)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. Staff will be trained to ensure alcohol is not served to anyone to anyone who appears to be already under the influence of alcohol and to those customers who appear to be under the age of 18 years.
  4. Training will include being able to identify credible proof of age documents.
  5. Staff training records will be kept at the premises and will be made available upon request to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority, a Police Officer, or Trading Standards Officer. The prevention of crime and disorder
  6. The licence hold shall ensure that there will be CCTV on the premises which will store images for 28 days these images will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or a Police Officer.
  7. The licence holder will ensure a refusals register will be kept and maintained and will be made available to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority, a Police Officer or Trading Standards Officer. Public Safety
  8. The licence holder shall ensure that staff have training in first aid and that a first aid kit is available.
  9. The Licence holder shall ensure that staff are trained in the correct fire safety and evacuation procedures and that clear signage is displayed within the premises in case of emergencies. The preventions of public nuisance
  10. The volume of any live or recorded music will be monitored and kept to a level that is non- intrusive to neighbouring residential properties.
  11. The licence holder shall display clear and legible notices requesting patrons to respect nearby residents and leave the premises quietly. The protection of children form harm
  12. The Licence holder will ensure that there are no under 18-year-olds on the premises after 8pm daily.
  13. Challenge 25 will be in operation. All members of staff will seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from anyone seeking to purchase alcohol and who appears to be under the age 25 years.
