  1. No admission to the premises after Midnight.
  2. CCTV will be installed and working to the satisfaction of the police and Licensing Authority.
  3. The location of the entertainment should be to the rear of the bar area which is predominately constructed of brick, with speakers facing into the building towards the front door.
  4. Any refuse and empty bottles should not be put in the refuse after 21:00 hours at night.
  5. Entertainment from music, including live, recorded, karaoke music, television should ceases at 23:00 hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and at 00:00 hours Friday and Saturday.
  6. Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any gig does not distrub surrounding residents.
  7. The patio doors to the garden and main bar door/ lobby should not be opened at any time during the type of entertainment.
  8. That within the following hours the Premises shall be defined in accordance with those plans submitted to the Council as part of application 18/02437/LAPRE (which includes the garden area): Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 22:00 hours but otherwise the Premises shall be defined in accordance with the plans submitted to the Council as part of the original application 13/02513/LAPRE (excluding the garden area).
  9. Clear signage to be erected in the garden to advise patrons to control both noise generated and the behaviour of children and to respect neighbours . Signage also to be erected advising that customers should not play their own portable music systems in the garden. The signs shall be large, bold and clearly displayed for all patrons to see.
  10. Bottles and other waste should not be removed from the external bar and tipped into refuse and recycling bins between 20:00 and 08:00. Waste and recycling bins utilised shall be lidded and large enough to hold all waste generated by the premises.
  11. A suitable Drugs Policy to be worked on and permanently put in place.
