Licence conditions (9)
  1. Amplified and/or unamplified live music performed by no more than 2 entertainers.
  2. CCTV shall be installed on the premises showing correct date and time information. The CCTV will cover internal public areas, garden, smoking area and entrance doorways. The CCTV shall provide clear images of good quality and shall capture frontal images of people entering and exiting the premises.
  3. The premises licence holder must ensure the CCTV is in good order and regularly maintained and that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority on request. CCTV footage must be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
  4. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure the CCTV recording system is checked daily to ensure it is operating correctly, any faults are to be recorded in a logbook with the date and time an engineer has been called to repair the fault and to record the immediate notification of the fault to the premises licence holder by staff. The logbook shall be available to inspection by a police officer or a responsible officer.
  5. The Designated Premises Supervisor will risk assess the requirement for door supervisors at the premises on an ongoing basis. Door supervisors will be employed in such a number, at such times and on such occasions as deemed necessary by the risk assessment. The risk assessment will be made available to Surrey Police on request.
  6. Staff other than personal license holders involved in the sale of alcohol are to be trained under the Licensing Act 2003 prior to being allowed to sell/ supply alcohol. This training will include but not limited to, the requirement for the staff members to ensure they conduct Challenge 21/25 checks at the point of sale, intoxication, reporting incidents to the police. All training is to be documented. All training records are to be made available to any of the responsible authorities on request. Staff other than personal license holders involved in the sale/ supply of alcohol are to receive documented refresher training every twelve months.
  7. An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: • All crimes reported at the venue • Any incidents of disorder • Persons banned from the premises
  8. There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS
  9. The Premises Licence Holder shall adopt a 'Challenge 21 or Challenge 25' policy on the premises, with signage.
