- Alcohol will only be sold by or under the direct supervision of trained staff. A Challenge 25 policy will be implemented, requiring identification for anyone appearing under 25 years of age. Acceptable forms of ID will include passport, driving licence, or PASS accredited cards. CCTV operating and maintaining, covering the entrance and customers areas, and recordings will be retained for a minimum of 28 days. No open or sealed containers of alcohol will be permitted to leave the premises. The premise will comply with all fire safety and health and safety regulations, including maintaining clear access to fire exits and emergency lighting. Staff will be trained in fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures. First aid equipment will be available on site, and at least one trained staff member will be present during opening hours. Opening hours will be between 08.00 and 20.00 to minimise any late- night disturbance. Clear signage will be displayed asking customers to respect neighbours and leave quietly.
