  2. Additional steps in order to promoter the Four Licensing Objectives:
  3. General:
  4. Although we wish to extend our permitted hours, we do not intend that the bar is regularly opened until 1a.m, generally our opening time will remain linked to affiliated club meeting times and the bar will close as club members leave. This is actually 11p.m which also coincides with volunteer staffing requirements. We do not intend to extend our membership rules or change the way the club is regulated. The executive commitee (elected annually at AGM) will continue to monitor the workings of the club to endure rules and regulations are maintained and will continue to consider bookings of the pavillion in line with club rules and licensing objectives.
  5. The Prevention of Crime and Disorder:
  6. The executive commitee will continue to monitor Pavillion and sportsground bookings to ensure all are appropriately organised and supervised and comply with legal requirements and club rules and regulations.
  7. Public Safety:
  8. The Rothamsted estate rules will continue to be adhered to, as indicated in Part A
  9. The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
  10. The executive commitee will continue to consider carefully requirements for any special events and will continue to monitor carefully all events.
  11. The Protection of children from harm:
  12. The Rothamsted rules and regulations will continue to be adhered to, and children will only be permitted in the Pavillion under close supervision of their parents/guardians. or at specially organised events.
